Saturday  : Night in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne area

Sunday  : Lacets de  Montvernier – 800 m and Col du Chaussy – 1533 m (50 km / 1090 m of elevation gain) or the Col de la Madeleine – 2000 m (34 km / 1616 m of elevation gain) or circuit « Chaussy and Madeleine » (80 km / 2350 m of elevation gain), then night in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne area

Monday  : Circuit Glandon – 1924 m and Croix de Fer – 2067 m (64 km / 1750 m of elevation gain) or Tour Arvan-Villards with Glandon, Croix de Fer and Mollard – 1638 m (73 km / 2070 m of elevation gain) or Circuit du Mollard (40.5 km / 1142 m of elevation gain), night in Saint -Jean-de-Maurienne area

Tuesday  : Col du Télégraphe – 1566 m and Col du Galibier – 2645 m (48.4 m / 2290 m of elevation gain) or Col du Galibier from Valloire (18 km / 1235 m of elevation gain), then night in Valloire

Wednesday  : rest day in Valloire, then transfer and night in Haute Maurienne Vanoise

Thursday  : Lake and Col du Mont Cenis – 2083 m (10 km / 683 m of elevation gain) or Col du Petit Mont Cenis – 2176 m (18 km / 873 m of elevation gain) or Ascent to Plan du Lac in the heart of Vanoise National park – 2375 m (15.7 m / 1090 m of elevation gain) and night in Haute Maurienne Vanoise

Friday  : Col de l’Iseran – 2770 m (38.4 m / 1600 m of elevation gain) and night in Haute Maurienne Vanoise

Saturday  : end of stay
